Default so many code readers...

trying to research code readers/scanners to find one not too expensive, but still good. i have an older one now, but it does not show me the cam/crank offset at all. only shows advance degrees. so without spending a fortune for a name, does anybody know which scanner/readers show the cam/crank offset? i've heard and read that actron makes a decent one for the DIY'er, but can't find any info as to the actual data it shows. any help greatly appreciated.
