Default Tbi 383

My k2500 threw a rod so I'm dropping in a 383 from S and J Engines. I'm in california so I'm trying to keep it smog legal.

What mods can I do to get more torque and HP?

I went with a bigger can and I'm going to have my chip reworked. What can I do about that awful exhaust?

Any advice would help.

Thank you

If you are in CA you'll need to pass this setup by the Smog control board (it's a different name but I'm sure you can find It) else you wont be able to certify and smog it in the Golden state. Their's smog laws are horrible.
