TBI to TPI

Hi guys. I am looking at doing a swap on my TBI intake and going to TPI intake with my 89 350 silverado. Does anyone have any links for a how to on this? I have a feeling I will need new heads and I am not sure how to hook up the standalone ECM. Any help is good help. Thanks!
