Hello,

I have just receive from the bush a 12200411PCM from a car that suddenly is no more starting
- fuel pump is running,
- engine is turning over but no spark to the plugs.
- the wiring loom does not present any broken or damaged wires.
The car cranks but does not start

Please tell me how can check it on table to test at least that the car can be connected to a diag tool or not
I am equipped with
- multimeter
- ossilooscope
- ELM327 snall diag tool
