Good Golly Gosh and Good afternoon people of chevy forums,

my truck is near completion but alas, my transmission is in need of repair. I was just curious as to what the cost would be to repair it. I have no idea what the issue is honestly. I can pull the trans and bring it in the shop no problem. I just want to know whats the max they could charge me for repairs.

ps. all I know right now is it wont shift into third gear, and its got a good trans fluid leak coming from up near the flywheel. when i drive it, it shifts into second, revs really high, and dies going up hill. wont go past 50 mph.
