ticking noise

Default ticking noise
My 99 2500 4x4 burb w/454 broke the distributor rotor. I changed cap and rotor and now it has a ticking noise i cant figure out. Drove it for 2 months and it broke again, replaced cap and rotor and still has ticking and a miss. Any ideas? Maybe distributor is bad?
