Timing Belt
#2
it is an interference engine so the valves and pistons may be damaged. did it occur at high engine speed?
the only way to tell is to either remove the cylinder head and inspect or put on a new belt and do compression check.
if its ok, and starts and runs, you might want to consider installing a new timing kit which includes a new belt, tensioner, idlers and water pump.
if the valves are bent, walk away from the vehicle. the expense to fix it is not worth it.

it is low miles. Unfortunately quite common for Korean daiwou engines. they were junk. chevy put improved belts on them in 09 and later got rid of those crappy engines and went with the new ecotec 1.4 and 1.8.
those daiwou engines had no power and got bad fuel mileage....which is a pretty amazing accomplishment for an subcompact economy car.
