Default Tire size and Computer

When going to a taller tire does it cause problems with the computer?
I know the speedo will be off but how about shift points or anything else?
If it does is there an easy fix?
This is for a 2006 3500 Express with 6L.

Thank You

Yes when you put taller tires on when it the spedometer gets off so do the shiftpoints you can get about any performance programmer and they can adjust these things.

It has been my experience that the shift points still work fine because the shift points are based on the tail shaft rpm. You can further optimize the set up with a new program.
