So I have an 07 Silverado 5.3 with 182,000 miles on it. I was wondering is there anything that needs to be serviced on it or things I should check with that much mileage on it. I change the oil and filter every 3000 miles, change the air filter and have replaced the spark plugs about 3 months ago.

How about your PCV valve? Now would also be a good time to check your serpentine belt for cracks and wear too. If those are the original plug wires, you'll want to change them too. If not, once it gets cold, you may have starting problems. Does that engine have a distributor cap and rotor button? If so, I'd change them too.

I'd add cabin air filter to that list.

After reading the first post, those were my exact thoughts. Agreed.
