Default Turn Signal Switch

I have a 2001 Tahoe, 2wd, LS, 5.3 engine.

My blinkers and the indicators in the dash work fine during the day.

If the headlights are on and you put on the right turn signal, the indicator stays lit up and none of the blinkers work.

The left signals work fine at night.

The daytime running sockets were bad due to getting water in the lense. I replaced them and the lenses on both sides.

Thoughts?

Thanks for any suggestions

check all of your right side directional bulbs, you may have a filament broken and crossing over to the other, and check the sockets for bad contacts with the bulbs and the grounds
