U joint c clamp bolts torque

Default U joint c clamp bolts torque
Hi there I am wondering what the torque specs on the u joint c clamp bolts on the rear end yoke are as well as if I need to use loctite?

Probably is a torque spec. Me, tight with a flat, and spring lock washer.
