Default Unknown Driver Message

I am looking for some help on a 2005 Chevy pickup with a 4.3L. The truck blew a head gasket so I replaced the head gasket, hooked all the wires back up, and tried to start it. Truck would not even click, the dash reads Unknown Driver. I tried to reset the truck by turning the key on for 10 minutes and off for 5 seconds and back on repeating 3 times. I tried this 30 minute process 3 times. I also tried to reset the truck by disconnecting the battery and touching the leads together for 10 seconds. I also replaced the ECM with a brand new one. Also the truck will not talk to my scanner. Please help me.

Welcome from Florida. Go back and double check that all wires are connected to the correct places and make sure that all grounds are making good contact.
