What is the best way to look up part numbers and verify?
Hi all:
What (or where) is the best way to look up engine part specs and numbers. I have a 2001 Chevy Suburban 2500 4WD LT. I'm looking for cover gasket, wheel bearings and seals sizes. I believe I have the bearings and seals, but not the gasket. Where do I find the rear differential size for this truck? Is the ring gear a 9.5, 10.4 or 11.5? Auto part stores so far have been wrong on each part. Using the VIN number tool here on this site was not helpful. I want to be able to verify part numbers before I spend any time or money.
