not a car guy

i've got a '72 olds delta royale. its in fairly poor shape. someone with the know how could fix it up proper i think though, i just don't have the money, time or know-how to do it. i've been thinking of selling it, but i don't know what a fair price would be. its got a 455 Rocket in it, as far as the engine goes it really just needs a tune-up and maybe some attention to the carbuerator. if i were to try and just sell off the engine and have the body and such be a bonus, what would be a decent asking price for it?
