Default Won’t start!!! 1990 Chevy 350 TBI 5.7

Intresting problem…
struggling to figure out the culprit…

Lights come on

First position in ignition fuel pump fires up and electric system checks at position 2…then in position 3 the voltage drops to zero, No clicking or anything .. nothing no sounds

Replaced:

Starter

Ignition cylinder

Ignition switch

Ignition relay

Master solinoid

turn signal and wiring loom

Checked w meter:

Solinoid getting power (12v)

Coil getting (12v)

Ignition relay getting ( 12v )

Battery is less than a year old and checked out at orileys..

Car was running great but when I tried cranking it up after 2 days of running it was dead, jumped it and it worked fine, then drove it to the restaurant and dead again, jumped it again and it fired up, drove it home and then the odd stuff started happening with position 1-3 on the ignition cylinder.. truck is in park and also does not start in neutral, rocked it back and fourth to make sure it was seated in park.
could it be ESC or onboard computer?
