i have a 1994 1500 gmc 4x2 5.7l tbi and my problem is this it wont idle ,engine surges and service engine soon flashes any ideas on what the problem could be? RW another piece of info, it sounds like the throttle body injection is making a whrring noise

 

i guess that im replying to my own post here i think that i solved my problem by reading similar posts , i changed the coolant temprature sensor , and low and behold i have a normal idle and no ses if this is the fix to my problem, it was $11.00 at az, i have my fingers crossed that this will take care of my idle problem and flashing engine light, thanks for being here and keeping me out of the GM dealer this has to be much cheaper, than my other option thank you RW
