Wont idle in gear...
New to the site, thought id try it out.
Ok so i just put in my motor i been workin on for the past few weeks..
72 350 .30 over
2.02 Heads
Edelbrock Victor Jr. Intake
Holley 700 Carb
.525/.546 VooDoo Cam
TH350 w/ 2800 Stall
So i put the motor in, Set the timing and all that, #8 cylinder wasnt firing so i tore the motor back apart and found that the valves in the heads were bent so i replaced them and now it idles good in park.. At first when i would put it in gear it wanted to shut down, had to give it gas to keep it running.. i adjusted the carb some and it idles in gear. just dont sound right.. i dunno.. any ideas?
