Default 2006 HHR Caliper Bolts

I have a 2006 Chevrolet HHR. I had the wheel bearings, rotors, brakes, front passenger caliper and shocks replaced. It was my grandmas car and the car has been shaking above 40 when I got it. I knew the wheel bearings were bad so had them replaced immediately. I was driving out of state and heard a clanking and pulled over. I didn’t see anything and tried to drive and the car slammed and stopped. My husband took the tire off and the caliper bolt was missing. Got it to a shop and had a new bolt put on. Get home and it happens again. My husband did the brakes and shocks. He used locktite on the bolt and a week later it happened again. What could be causing this?

Welcome from Florida. Check the threads in the bolt hole. They may be worn down some and not really tightening like they should and make sure you are using the correct bolt.
