Default 2006 HHR - Front-end noise and vibration

Hello, all.

I've had this same experience/issue with our other car, a 2001 Ford Taurus DOHC.
Replacing the front wheel bearings on both sides resolved the issue and gave back a smooth ride (the Motor blew in it 13 months later.).

From the start of driving at around 10mph, the noise begins, and the faster you go, the louder the noise is.
The vibration, I'm so used to it that I no longer notice it to be an issue.

I watched a video posted as a comment on the Ford Taurus Forum from my post on the issue I had with our old Taurus.
(This is the video
)

Now, the issue is, is it the Bushings or the Bearings?
I can pick up both sides of the wheel hub from carparts.com for $91.56 with shipping (Or go through my Amazon account and possibly get it cheaper through another seller)

I will post back tomorrow after I test out the tire movement and will check and see if my OB2 scanner will pick up on the issue.
Three dash lights are continuously on all the time. (Engine, ABS, and, I think, something to do with the airbags.)

Any thoughts on this would be great moving forward on this repair.
Thanks all.
Wayne

check your exhaust as it may be clogged up. mine whistles when I step on the pedal, but I just found out that it was clogged 100%.it forced the air out of the joints and whistles

good video. it should be noted that wheel bearing noise and tire noise (from toe wear) will sound identical on an road test. Swaying the car left to right will load and unload the bearing changing the noise. Tire wear noise will not change when swaying.

if you had a clogged exhaust the engine would have a lack of power at high rpm.

@tech2 You are absolutely right.
That is the case with this car.
When you turn into a curve to the right, the noise stops.
Just like it did on our 2001 Ford Taurus.

Ordered parts, will be in this week, and will be replacing everything then.
