Default HHR 2010 and iPhone

Does anyone have experience using HHR 2010 Bluetooth and iPhone 3G (or 4G) with OS 4. Does it work well? Is there a voice dial that accesses the iPhones contact list? Thanks.

The Bluetooth system in the 2010 Chevrolet HHR requires numbers to be stored with the vehicle rather than simply on the phone itself to display contact information of callers or to dial contacts. The entire process of pairing and setting the entire system up is explained thoroughly in the Owners Manual for the vehicle (should you get a chance to take a look at one). I would suggest speaking with your dealership on their experiences with the Iphone family of cell phones and our Bluetooth system. While at the dealership you may be able to pair your phone to a vehicle in their showroom to test the compatability. I hope that helps you. If you have any other questions you can contact me through the forum.

I own a I phone 4 and a 2010 LT2 HHR with blue tooth \
first your pair the phone to the car just push the Phone control on s wheel hold down for 2 secs say bluetooth then pair Pair your phone.
one phone is paired you can say voice and then dial name of contact you wish to call you can also use all other voice features like play music and you iphone
will start to play your play list and if you have it connected to your mini port
AUX connector the music plays thru the stearo system Very cool feature.
If you need any more info let me know.

If you look through your owners manual, in section 4 page 82, it shows all the abilities of your bluetooth system and how to use them. To make phone calls or start voice recognition push the button that has a picture of a person talking towards a phone handset and you will be able to begin giving the system commands. I hope this information helps you.
