Default Lost bluetooth connection while programming, no electrical power

While attempting to program key fobs with bluetooth programmer Autel AP 200, ipad inadvertently shut down while attempting to communicate with 2010 HHR.
Chime went off, all gauges cycled and instrument cluster went off, as well as interior lights.
Programmer was still plugged in and when I removed the X4 connector, big red one, on the bcm, the light on the progammer came back on, but no power anywhere else.
Checked all of the fuses and they are all good.
Expecting the worst, and I know it is, I went to upull and got the bcm, tcm, ecu, instrument cluster and radio from the same wrecked vehicle, thinking these would be all of the modules with vin programmed to them.
Installed all of these into my car, still no power.
Battery checks out ok.
I unplugged the bcm again and power to obd plug returned as before.
It appears to me that something downstream of the bcm is fried, but I have been unable to find a wiring diagram online.
Does anyone on here have any idea what else could have been damaged or need to be replaced?
Sorry for the long post.
