My 2006 HHR is overheating. Replaced radiator cap, thermostat, water pump, mass airflow sensor. Also replaced head when it was checked and there was a crack. Flushed out radiator replaced coolant. Replaced head gaskets, radiator but its still running hot!!!
Did you get the air out of the system?

If you continuously have to add water, check your head gasket again. If you had replaced the head, it may be out of time.it has to be exact. Do you get misfires?? You may also have the incorrect heat range on your spark plugs.im just shooting ideas.correct oil??let me do some research and we'll see later

okay if you checked all this, including the thermostat,as it may be stuck.the clogged heater core could also be the cause.have you checked engine timing?hhrs do not overheat easily. They are very particular, will last forever if done right
