I have a 2010 h h r and the service light has repeatedly come off and on for about a month now. But now its on consistently. I also have noticed that I can put one thing in the passenger seat and the passenger light will come on wanting me to put the seat belt on. What do I need to do to fix this? Is the air bag not on the warranty?

 

You will have to get the fault code read to determine where to start. Repairing restraint systems is best left to a professional.
