how do i remove the speed limiter or get the computer flashed or who will even do that?

 

Find a tuner in your area. Ask around the local speed shops. Someone will be able to direct you to someone with the knowhow. If I am correct it takes someone with the equipment to reprogram your ecu and it usually costs a few bucks(300+) depending on how much time you want the tuner to spend tweaking and dyno testing.
