Good morning!

I've had this problem off and on for a few months, and I noticed it's especially worse in warmer weather days.

In heavy, stop and go traffic, occasionally when I brake my battery light comes on, power steering doesn't work, etc. I can always put the car in park and restart the car, but this is becoming a serious safety concern and downright annoying.

Any ideas on what this issue could be? I would call my mechanic, but I can't afford hundreds of dollars on what might be the problem.

 

Have your battery and alternator tested.
