Default 08 SS Tranny slip advice

Hello

I have an 08 5.3L SS 93,000k (wifes car) and have recently noticed that on take off from a dead stop the tranny seems to slip. Doesn't do it all the time and seems fine after initial takeoff. As a matter of fact it really doesn't do it frequently. Ive read some posts but really have not found a logical answer. I own a shop and have the ability to fix the issue if I knew where to start. Any help would be great.

The transmisson was serviced at about 40k and I'm not sure how long this particular problem has been going on (wifes car)

Service it again?

How does the fluid look?

Good color? Red? Brown? Black?

Full? Low?

All of the items mentioned looked normal. I plan on doing a service and was kinda wondering if anyone had any experience with this problem. My thought was to see if it would be advisable to install a transgo shift kit while the pan was off? Possibly a body valve kit/with pcm solenoid if that doesn't fix things?
