For future reference if somebody should be looking for manuals like this, I have seen them on eBay. Sometimes when a dealership goes out of business the contents are auctioned off, and the buyers will post some of the items, including the manuals on eBay. (Given the state of GM and more dealerships expected to close there could be a good opportunity coming up to obtain manuals on eBay.)
Also some of the restorer catalogs out there that cater to people who restore older cars will have a section in their catalog dedicated to shop manuals. I purchased a body shop manual for my 1964 Chevy through one of these companies about 16 years ago.(A lot of these companies advertise in the back of hobbyist magazines such as Car Craft, Hot Rod, and even Hemmings Motor News.)

As I understand - no.
But it's no longer relevant as the 3d model of the car has been already created by the Russians. It's also game enabled.
