how's it going everyone. i'm new to the forum. so i have a 1984 chevy impala and am wanting to restore her. i've had her for a few years now and want to bring her back to life. i'm new to everything that goes into restoring a car. i would like to do as much as i can on my own cause the car means a lot to me and i'm planin on have her around for awhile. body wise she needs new doors, windows need to be re-sealed, weather striping needs to be replaced. she runs like a champ although i know she needs work. i would love to drop a new engine and transmission in her but like i'm said i'm so new to everything havin to do with restoring a car and don't know where to turn to get these parts or who to trust... so what i'm askin is for is some help on where to get some of the things i'm gonna need or what web sites or company's are trust worthy...
