i have a 2000 impala LS... got the car about 2 years ago with lets say 125k miles on it or so. i get to about 135k and the power steering just starts to give me the worst squeel ever. i check the fluid and its fine and i flush and bleed the system for the heck of it. nothin. so i try some other stuff and still nothin so i go ahead and replace the pump with a refurbished pump from a gm dealer. get the car back and the squeel is still just as bad. take it right back in and the dealer says cant have your money back but gives me a new pump for free. put a THIRD pump in and still no luck. all in all, the steering is fine and im not leaking fluid its just the whining every time i turn the wheel that i want to stop..

any suggestions would be much appreciated, thanks

 

Still sounds like power steering is low to me
