ps is there any way it could b the fuel pump?

Try replacing the fuel filter, also if you have and Check Engine lights on, us a OBD II ECU scanner to see if any of the sensor on the engine are back or getting bad, another possibility is check your catalatyc convertor, a good way to check it is run it for a while, when it starts acting up like crab look underneath the car and sometimes they will glow red..... Just a thought
ive flushed the tranny fluid, flushed the oil, put new fuel filter, new battery, new spark plugs, new spark plug wiring kit, changed air filter, and the engine light is on blinkin.. well runnin like crap is like after my car warms up after driven for bout 10 15 mins and i stop at a stop sign or lights when i go to start goin again and push the gas pettle the car barly moves slowly makes its way up to 30 40 car shakes, revs high, but once i get passed 30 40 shes runs great until i slow down to a stop again
Well it's obviously missing. With out a code there is no clue. For all you know now it could be a bad fuel injector. Take it to advanced auto, pepboys or something like that. They normally do free code scans. I know advanced and Pepboys do. Not sure about anyone else.

Lets start from the beginning..
You flushed the transmission. That does alot more worse than good.
What spark plugs and wires did you use?
You changed the air filter? YOu need to unhook the battery for a few hours and let the PCM reset. Right now you are bringing more air in and the PCM needs to adjust to the added air.
Engine light blinking means you have a misfire somewhere.
And your shaking also means you have a misfire. I would fix your plugs and wires ASAP as in today.
I need to know the answer to the spark plugs and wires to give you an defined answer. Once you scan you car, the code will tell which plug is misfiring.

well i forgot but one of my bodies put a scanner on and it said that 6 was misfiring thats why i changed my spark plugs and wires and i will look at the car to see what spark plug and wired i used and im in a lil town up north and dont have the same opertunities at a big city just local shops and stuff
i bought my car used just under two years and ive been workin to get her overhauled she has 197000 km on her

While we are on the topic of plugs and wires, I got a couple questions:
Are the wires in the right firing order?
Are the plugs gapped right?
Did you double check the gapping?
Did you use dielectric grease?
Are the wires laying across each other or all over the place?
Or are they in the holder like they are supposed to be?
Did you double check the part numbers to make sure you got the right ones?
Did you get OEM equivelant or OEM? For example does the car take platinum and you put in coppers or iridium?
Did you clean off the coil and coil towers?
Did you clean off the ICM?
Did you tighten them down snug or use the proper torque spec?
There is nothing wrong with tightening them down snug. You don't need to be 100% exact and you certainly don't want to gorilla them down. But realistically a 1/4 turn can be the difference between a misfire and a normal functioning plug. Normally this is stuff you should know and do as you are doing the plugs so there is no need to come back and check it. You pull the plugs out of the box, make sure they are gapped properly, you put them in. Make sure it's the right wire and it's in the right part of the holder and then you put it on. You clean the coil, coil towers and ICM before installing the wires. When you are done your done. It comes natural to you after you get into the practice of it.
