and exchanged one for the other, no change still no fans.
also no breaks in the fuses, both appear good and not blown.

I then exchanged the fan cont. 1 with fan cont. 2 , no fans
and then test both relays in the crank relay position on the upper fuse box
all relays tested as much as my limited know how could go, I am lost
cam someone pleas assist me on how and what to check next ??
please post

happy holiday. many thanks, rocky
It's not fuse, or wiring or relay. IMO it is the sensor. Are you sure the fan(s) should come on? I know or at least in most cases with ac selected on, it will also signal one fan to run.

Look for a wiring diagram online. I found one for your car, but the font is too small. Looks like it ties into the pcm, and the pcm selects output to the fan(s).

they suggested i replace the sensor, I did still no fans .

Disconnect the battery for about half an hour, hook it back up, clear codes, and go from there.

You have checked everything else, have you considered that the fan itself is bad ? Unplug the fan and connect directly to 12V and see if it spins. Easy check.

I own a newer Impala (2014 3.6L) and have noticed that when the A/C is not on and the weather is colder that my fans will not kick on until it hits almost 220 Degrees. This is with the car not moving just stationary and idling for a period of time. When they do turn on it falls back to 185 degrees very quickly. Both the the codes you listed are cooling system related stating erratic information the pcm has received from the coolant temp sensor. If you have not already replaced that sensor, i would replace it as it seems to the the culprit.
