2007 Impala SS Dual AC/Heat
Turned on the heater today for the first time this year. With both controls rolled up to the full hot position the drivers side blows hot air while at the same time the passenger side blows cold air. Why would one side blow hot and the other side cold??
This summer when we were running the a/c there was never a problem with getting cold air out of both sides or keeping the car cool, so I don't think I have a low Freon situation. Didn't have this problem or anything close to it last winter/spring when we were still using the heater. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

Another possibility, the control module software may need to be updated. This is just a suggestion, not a diagnosis. I recommend having the vehicle inspected for this issue.
Please keep us posted.
