Default 2011 lt trans dead but pulls in 1st / 2nd

Stopped at light last night motor revved as in neutral, shifted to reverse shifted smooth and worked, brought to 3rd gear NFG, dropped to 2nd (or 1st) started to pull slipping all the way until I get to 15-20 mph, then locks in gear and pulled no slipping, I manually shift to 2nd then 3rd then 4th no problem. Step to accelerate when it goes to downshift engine revs again as in neutral. let off gas and gradually accelerate when engine catches up to speed will lock in whatever gear its in on indicator as long as above 20 MPH. Also cruse control not working, and no codes which I think rules out speed sensors and throttle position sensor?
reading in posts about possible speed sensors, throttle position, prom ... any internal sensors get $$$, Fluid was nice and pink now its not burnt (smell) but is brownish. Any suggestions? From what I read most fixes seam temporary or not worth it. and end up returning or worse, I can get new tranny $3,000 lifetime warren tee parts and labor. Can't see spending $2,000 to $2,500 for 1 yr 12,000 with a potentially re-occurring trans issues.

$3000 dollars with a lifetime warranty? I would jump on that in a heartbeat. Make sure it's not a limited warranty. Sounds like your transmission is gone so go for it!
