2014 Chevy Impala being investigated over braking issue

2014 Chevy Impala being investigated over braking issue based on one complaint. I think this would be for models with adaptive cruise control.

I found this link here with some other complaints.

Would be nice to know if these vehicles stopping had ACC for sure.

Never had an issue AFTER I learned how the system worked.

Seems at least one so called incident was in a rental by a driver with no experience with this system and may not have understood its operation.

I call BS after living with ACC/CIB for 6 months.
