2015 Impala LTZ Informant stayed on
This morning I when I turned off the car the MyLink system stayed on in my 2015 Impala LTZ Even after pushing the Start/Off button and opening the drivers door.
I searched to find a fix but didn't find one. So I disconnected the negative battery cable kept it off for 30 seconds. Reconnected the negative cable opened the drivers door started the car. The MyLink system came on and stated for me to roll the drivers door window down and then back up. Turned off the car and the MyLink goes off again when the car is turned off.
