Hi all, I did a search before posting this so I hope I am not duplicating anything.

Last week all the presets on the radio just reset on their own at vehicle startup. I had about 15 presets. It also defaulted to the lowest frequency on the AM and FM dials, as well as defaulting to channel 1 on XM. My phone still paired up just fine and it seems to be limited to just the radio portion of the system. I haven't tried to duplicate the problem yet.

Any thoughts? Thank you!
