Question Am I missing a setting somewhere?

On my 2014 Impala 2LTZ, the built in NAV is set to show points of interest. When selecting one of these POI, it is really useful and helpful to tap call and have OnStar call the POI I'm interested in whether to make reservations or get their hours. On the POI, the telephone number is displayed and BOTH "CALL" options are grayed out and appear to be disabled. I have tried this while sitting and idling in Park just to be sure the feature wasn't disabled while driving. As a work-around right now, I have to write the number down, then switch to OnStar and do a manual dial. In my 2012 Volt, The Call buttons are enabled, work fine and are much more convenient and user-friendly. Is there perhaps a setting I need to " Adjust"?

To answer my own question, I called the Infotainment team at 855-478-7767. The person I spoke with knew the answer right off the top of his head since he just fielded another request of the same type. I turns out that the MyLink Infotainment system CURRENTLY will ONLY make calls to the POIs found in the NAV system with phones that are paired to the system. I found it odd and so did the rep that On-Star was not an option to make the call if the paired phone had died or was unavailable.
