Bluetooth

Own a 2012 Impala with bluetooth. Does anyone know how to reach a secondary number such as"press 1 for sales", "press 2 for service"?

Welcome to the forum.

I was just in a rental Impala and found its Bluetooth system to be pretty much the same as my 2010 Malibu. Try the talk button and then say "dial" to the "ready" prompt during the call.
