Chevrolet Owner Center
My experience has been sketchy. Some times I get calls back, others I am just hanging and never get the promised call back. As a matter of fact, I still have 2 issues they "were investigating" for me and they never called back.
Frank thanks for sharing. I have contacted them about 4 times, mostly with just simple questions. (that do not involve my dealership, and ARE NOT complaints.) At this point, I am very disappointed. 
You know I'm sure the young ladies in the Philippines are very nice people. But OH MY GOSH, I think I'll avoid contact with them from here on out. So far their main tactic has been to take my question (-which in some cases they can't even comprehend no matter how many times I rephrase it and re-explain it,,,
) turn it around 180 degrees, and go beat up on my local dealership.
That is exactly what I DO NOT WANT. My dealership is excellent. They ARE NOT the problem. -oddly enough, my attempt to not pester my local dealer with questions outside of their span of control, effectively gets turned around to make me out to be the bad guy.
It has made me think about what it must me like trying to pin down a teflon snake.
I think it is probably all my fault, in that I did not realize the apparent purpose of contacting the Chevrolet Owner Center is to take owner complaints (mine were not) and go bully the dealership.

57chevythunder, I echo your comments about this forum. More than once, i had an issue and it was either through fellow forum members and Chevrolet customer service that my issue got more attention and was brought up through the proper channels and were resolved. Like they say, 'the squeaky wheel gets the grease".
