Default Daytime Driving Lights

Noticed in the 2014 Impala Sales brochure, that the LTZ has both "Upper AND Lower" DRLs. I haven't noticed the "Upper" DRL on. I'm assuming it's the circular LED tube around the headlights. I only see the circular one on when the parking lights are on. Am I missing something, or is that a misprint in the sales brochure?

That's the answer I got from Chev Customer Service also, but I do have it in drive. I've noticed it when I drive up to a window front at a strip mall, and notice only the lower DRL's on. My local dealer didn't have an answer either. Oh well, I like the lower one's, but just curious as to why they advertise both upper and lower on the LTZ.
