Angry Desperately need help for 2001 Chevy Impala, Base, 3.4

Hi,
I have a 2001 Chevy impala, base, 3.4L engine. And it has a mind of its own. what i first noticed was the car doesn't necessarily have to be on. but while driving, turned off and parked, or whith the key in/out of the ignition, the vehicle unlocks itself continuously. Also, while this is going on the battery rundown protection relay clicks rapidly for various amounts of time. Another issue is that when driving at night i have noticed that the interior lights and headlights flash off and on for a split second. I have also had issues with the interior lights not wanting to come on at all. And sometimes the car does not want to start. But through trial and error i have been able to find a way to fix this. (I think) I turn the key to the acc for ten mins to reset the security light that comes on and blinks three times when i turn the key. or it just blinks once. I have taken it to Hanigans and they said that they wanted to start with the BCM (Body control module) to see if that would fix it. But after getting all these codes from them i am unsure as to whether i want them messing with it or not. The reason is that i have done research on the codes that they have provided me. One of them said that there was a short or that there is a bad ground. I dont want to go have them put in a new BCM and have it fried because they didnt fix a short first. Also i am aware that a bad bcm can throw faulty codes, and or cause these electrical problems. But i need some advice on what the problem could be before i go spending a lot of money to troubleshoot these issues. Please Help. the codes that i have are as follows. PCM: P0420 (catalyst system eficiency below threshold bank 1) ABS: C12226(Right Front Excessive wheel speed variation), C1245, (?), C1233: (Right front wheel speed circuit open or shorted). Now for the BCM: B1482(Battery rundown protection circuit low.) B2552 (?) B2618 (?) B2655 (?) B2712 (?) B2947 ( Security system sensor power circuit low. B2957 (Security system sensor Data circuit Low. B2964(?) B3033 (?) and B3272. The reason i have question marks by some of the codes that where provided is because i could find no information on these codes for my particular make and model. Again any help would be greatly appreciated. Further information is that this car was an old police cruiser and the battery is about 4 years old but has been tested by lesshwabs and hanigans and they said it was good. So I dont know where to start. Please help. Also this is my first posting and I have replaced Outer tie rod ends/lower control arm bushings and the fuel filter that is about it besides having it taken in for an oil change. Thank you in advance for any help.
