I have a question, I purchased an extended warranty when I bought the car, it is thru Zurich, can you use it at any dealer or only the one you purchased it thru.

Never heard of it. Did you buy the car used?

Where are your documents? Read those.

If you don't have any, start on google.

 

I have the same warranty and I was told it can be used at any ASE certified mechanic.

Imagine a warranty that tied you to the original dealer and you try to sell the car with the warranty. Or if you moved, or if the dealer went under or started selling Citroen's.

 

Sorry for the delay in the reply, been a busy week. The vehicle was purchased as a used "program" car (ex Avis rental car). The paperwork on the car was thin and I didn't read it yet. I like the dealer that I purchased the car from, but it is 40 miles to go there and there are a couple Chevy dealers here in town, so I thought I would stay a little closer to home.
