Finally! a recall on the traction control,stabilitrack, throttle shut down problem!!

THE Problem is the cables harnesses that go to the actual Hubs ,that's all i changed and have Never Got a warning again, spent 35 bucks for parts and 80 bucks labor DONE!

Finally, I received a recall letter today from Chevy on the Service Traction Control, Service Stabilitrack, Engine power reduced problem. They claim it's a bad solder connection. They are offering to reimburse if you already had repairs done. They're also giving extended protection for 10 yrs./120,000 miles.
So, watch for your letter. If you don't get one, the return address on mine is

How do I find out about the recall because I have had my vehicle serviced four times now three by my mechanic once my champion Chevrolet of Reno Nevada and still my traction control and stability track service lights are on and my power is gone to my engine when I go to drive it does not want to go at all I need this information on this recall

there was never a recall. There were two special bulletins, one for the throttle body and the other for the accelerator pedal assembly. The bulletins were good for 10.years or 120,000 miles and the time has expired to use it. My suggestion is for every single person with this issue to keep calling GM.
