Headlamps not working

Headlamps not working
I have a 2004 Chevy Impala LS. For the past few weeks when i would start my car up my head lights wouldnt go on i would have to flash my blinkers and brights to make them go on. Now my lights wont go on at all. I changed the headlamp relay and all the fuses are working. My parking lights, brights, inter lights and lights on the dash board all work. Any ideas what it could be????

Multi Function switch
I have a 2004 Chevy impala and need to change the Mulit Function Switch. Does anyone have directions on how to change it?? And what tools would i need??
