Default help 2013 impala fuel system problem

Hey folks im new to this forum. have a 2013 impala that has run great til now. Last week I got a no start, cranks but wont start. checked codes and got a P069E and P023F secondary fuel pump open condition. Looking into prob I discovered 2013 doesnt have a FP relay so im a little lost on diagnosing the prob. I jumped the pump and it works, so went next to fpcm and found its getting 12 v where needed but Im not sure if the 2.4v im getting from the pcm connection to the FPCM is ok. I havent worked electrical probs often so im worried about ruining a component. I was gonna jump the fuel pump ground and crank the engine to see if the prob is on the ground side but I wasnt sure if that'd work or maybe screw something up cause i think the FP is controlled by connecting and disconnecting the ground side circuit.
Thanks for reading!

Hi bigwood t, welcome to the forum. Have you gotten this running yet? Can you get it scanned to see if any codes are present?

Ok so you have 2.5 volts coming from your 5 volt reference so issue is more than likely the relay pwr trn relay id check there first then the pcm remote wire
