2003 chevy impala 3.4 has a high idle. put a new Idle air control valve in and a new tps in still having same problem can not find a vacuum leak, first start car it idles fine then will idle way up and stay up there for just a few sec and then come back down to a idle. Then way back up again.... anybody got any ideas??
