2004 silverado High idle option
I've been told that my 2004 chevy silverado duramax has a high idle option and that the way to turn it on is through the steering wheel controls. Does anyone know if this is the case?

IIRC, the high idle options turn themselves on when it cold enough outside and a bunch of parameters are met. There is a way that a switch can be added to turn it on at will, but I'm not sure how it's done.
