I need help

my 2018 chevro impala has no sound in all the car no sound from the door and from radio and there's a red line on the volume line with word No audio please if any one can help me message me I really need some help

I am NO sound expert at all, to make it clear. Have you gone into "settings" on your dash to see if something is not looking right or resetting all the the options?
