Hey friends can someone tell me how to unlock my ignition. i have the key in but it won.t turn to the on position.Is anti-theft protectoin on or myignition needs to be replaced?Thanks!

 

try turning the steering wheel one way or the other. if may take a lot of effort depending on how tight the wheels are when the steering wheel locked

 

somtimes you can flip the key and that works as well

Are you parked facing upward on a hill or in a driveway? Sometimes the pressure of the weight of the car binds against the trans shifter and steering column, on the heavier automatics. Get a friend or two to push the car upward just an inch or two while you wiggle the steering wheel free.
