Default impala head gasket replacement
have a 2000 impala with a 3.8 liter v6 with 145k. Car overheated the other day so took it to the shop and apparently it has blown head gasket. Is it smart to have those replaced or will it not last long. Should i replace the motor. It only overheated for likea minute so i dont know how the head gasket blew anyways it was never beat.
